The Digital Designer focuses on creating, conceptualizing and designing strategic digital content for webpages, landing pages, email, social and ad campaigns within the Identity and Access Management business area. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Engagement, IAMS.

The Digital Designer is highly collaborative and works closely within IAMS and the corporate marketing organization including: Demand Generation, Growth Marketing and Web Development. This position supports our growth strategy and uses engagement and conversion data to drive the creative decision-making process — while staying consistent with established brand standards.


What you will be doing

  • Concept, design and develop layouts and on-brand creative assets that support IAMS marketing campaigns across a variety of digital touchpoints with a focus on webpages, landing pages, emails, social and digital advertising.
  • Manage the digital design strategy for IAMS, including the overall quality of creative projects from external ad agencies.
  • Plan, coordinate and track the design and production of all digital project assets.
  • Populate copy and creative assets into pre-defined Drupal templates.
  • Use data to inform strategic design decisions in an effort to hit KPIs including CTR, conversion rate and activation rate.
  • Work cross-functionally with Demand Generation and Growth Marketing/CRO Manager to analyze performance, define strategy and optimize digital touch points.
  • Maintain structure of file naming, storing and organizing assets.
  • Stay current on the latest industry trends, standards and techniques in digital design.

  • A growth and data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability of creating digital assets optimized for engagement and lead conversion.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute on digital campaign assets with consistency across deliverables.
  • Demonstrated understanding of design principles and how typography, layout, color, images and icons work together for clear, clean visual communication.
  • Excellent design aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail with pixel-perfect precision.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and feedback on creative concepts.
  • Excellent visual communicator able to convey complex ideas in simpler terms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
  • An eagerness to learn and shift direction quickly when needed.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communications or similar.
  • 3-4 years of professional digital design experience, B2B tech a plus.
  • An online digital portfolio that demonstrates a strong design aesthetic.
  • Advanced knowledge Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and XD.
  • Firm understanding of information architecture, usability, web optimizations, and responsive/mobile-first design. E-commerce a plus.
  • Firm understanding of designing with defined brand style guidelines and digital design systems.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in digital advertising, design, and optimization tactics.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and designing for interactive web experiences.
  • Familiarity with Marketo and Drupal.
  • Experience with animated social graphics or ads a plus.
